Internal Investigations: Winners or Losers in the Litigation Lottery?
Harassment and discrimination complaints are some of the most sensitive, expensive, and dangerous risks companies face. How you handle them can make the difference between whether they become lawsuits, and if so, whether you win or lose them. An experienced employment lawyer, Human Resource professional and trainer provides practical, actionable guidance to conducting sensitive investigations, and explains why they are crucial to your company’s bottom line.
