The College Relations & Workforce Readiness Committees along with the SHRM-SCKC Student Chapter participated in the first ever Structured Interview Session held at Pioneer Services.  Human Resource Professionals from the committees conducted interviews with the student’s representative to an actual interview structure.  This provided the students an opportunity to refine their interview skills and receive feedback on interview technique and resume writing from multiple HR Professionals.   The event received positive feedback HR Professionals and Students.

“This was a wonderful opportunity to partner with our HRMA student chapter. As HR professionals we so often work with others in skills sets development.
